We\'ve gotta cut this country down to size and people here need to find out what it\'s like what we\'ve done to people around the world, and that\'s not who we are. And [Donald] Trump is coming along saying those days are over; we are the solution, we are going, our system of government, we are gonna promote it, we are gonna promote our way of life around the world as the best in the world.
We\'ve made progress in our country, and it\'s been the Constitution that permitted that to happen.
I don\'t know how men can be held to that Ohio State agreement [on having sex], policy, anyway, because everybody knows in sex men don\'t think with their brains.
We know that a government shutdown is gonna blamed on the Republicans no matter who, what, when, where, why. You want to give the media ammo going into 2018, how the Republicans hate government, the Republicans hate you, the Republicans want you dead, the Republicans want your kids dead, the Republicans want you breathing dirty air, poisoned water, and all this stuff, a shutdown in September, it would actually be in October, because that\'s - I don\'t mean to pick hairs here, but a shutdown would be in October if it happens.
George W. Bush was interviewed by NBC. He was on the Today show and he was asked about President Trump\'s visa suspension. They asked Bush what he thinks about this, and if I\'m not mistaken, I don\'t think he mentioned [Donald] Trump by name, but he said \"I wish our immigration system were more welcoming,\" is what he said.
Some people are guilty when they win. Some people, \"Ah, you know, it\'s so unfortunate, some people had to lose.\" I mean, even some modern-day competitors, athletes have a guilt complex about winning. They think it isn\'t fair. That\'s not how you win. You don\'t feel guilty when you wine, and you don\'t feel sorry for anybody about it.
The word \"federalism\" you might think that means federalism trumps everything; federalism means federal domination. It does not mean that. It means the exact opposite, in fact. It means the states are sovereign and the federal government cannot tell \'em what to do in so many different ways.
Donald Trump loves America. He wants it to be the greatest place on earth. He thinks political people have made it the mess that it is. And he\'s been very open and up front about how he goes about accomplishing things, and that\'s totally ignored.
About 95% of the people listening to me agree with me. But I can continue to work with half or 30 or 20% of the audience hating me. In fact, one of the things I\'ve had to do psychologically, in order to thrive, I\'ve had to learn how to take being reviled and hated as a sign of success. Most people are not raised - I certainly wasn\'t - to want to be hated. I can only think maybe one or two people who were. Hitler. Maybe somebody else. Maybe Saddam.
It\'s about panic. It\'s about fear. It\'s about instilling the American populace with terror, dread, and apprehension about the future. It\'s all about making you think that your way of life is \"destroying the world.\" America is the root of all evil in the world, according to the environmentalist wackos. You, the citizens of the United States, are ruining everything.
The chemtrails can cause all these things. Autism. It\'s not just vaccines that have gone wrong. The chemtrails that are causing all this that you see flying above you. You\'ve seen \'em, folks, streaks. Usually behind airplanes. That\'s why they\'re called chemtrails. Contrails. You think they\'re contrails, but they\'re actually very insidious things, chemtrails.
I think it\'s a scary thing for a lot of people to think of the government not being involved in their lives, particularly single women.
If the roads are in trouble, if bridges are in trouble, and if schools are in trouble, it\'s because somebody in Washington wanted to pay for something else.
The United States of America provides the freedom, I should say permits, allows, does not constrain the freedom that we\'re all born with that allows each of us to pursue whatever it is that we define as a quality of life. Access to quality-of-life services, access to quality-of-life products is unparalleled in the United States of America.
Now, what is the left\'s worldview in general? What is it? If you had to attach not a philosophy but an attitude to a leftist worldview, it\'s one of pessimism and darkness, sadness. They\'re never happy, are they? They\'re always angry about something. No matter what they get, they\'re always angry.
I\'m not saying Donald Trump voters are a cult at all. I\'m saying the attitude of implicit trust, people don\'t trust politicians like that, and yet a lot of people will profess blanket trust of Trump.
You can keep raising it, but at some point, everybody who believes in a minimum wage will say, \"No, wait a minute. That\'s too much,\" and at that point, you have demonstrated that that there\'s no market relationship. You\'re just talking emotion. You\'re just talking \"fairness.\" You\'re just talking being nice, and that\'s not how the market works. People aren\'t paid a wage because they\'re being nice to, or because it\'s fair. In the market, the market rules.
This is so classic. Government comes along under the guise of fairness, fixes something, gonna make it fair, gonna make it equal, gonna make it affordable, maybe even make it free. What they end up doing is blowing it all to hell, screwing it up worse than it\'s ever been screwed up, then their voters bellyache and complain about it. And the same Democrats come back and demand that something be done, because their voters need a second chance.
You have to listen to Trump in a nonpolitical way. When Trump starts talking on the campaign trail, \"NATO\'s pointless, it\'s worthless. We\'re paying the lion\'s share and these people aren\'t contributing, and that\'s gonna end. This make America great, put America first.\" People think, \"Wow! We\'re gonna get out of NATO, finally. He\'s gonna close up NATO!\" No. If you listen very carefully, he was complaining that the other members were not doing their part.
If you\'re a rich guy, the best thing you can do is demand tax increases on the rich. That way the poor guy will leave you alone. The middle class and the poor will leave you alone.
What the left have done is screw up everybody\'s human nature where the opposite sex is concerned. Now nobody knows who they\'re supposed to be, where they\'re supposed to be, what they can and can\'t say, because who are the police in all of this? American leftists and liberals who have as their objective political agenda victory in every aspect of life.
Not only can the media not take Trump out, the media can\'t even hurt him. And when they try, he gets even more powerful, or more popular.
The only people who need to be \"giving back\" are thieves, criminals and corrupt individuals that are taking things that are not theirs.
Liberalism, conservatism, that\'s irrelevant stuff to Trump. He looks at things in an entirely different way. This is a reason why we, as conservatives, have to remain vigilant as we can to the ideological component of what\'s going on here, because as it succeeds, we need to be able to tell people why it\'s working and at the same time be able to contrast and say why it didn\'t work when the liberals ran the show. This is an ongoing effort.
There is a bunch of racism in America, and sadly, most of it\'s on the left side of the aisle.
[Feminists think difference in men and women] is all social. It is all about social cliches and pressures, that if you just leave boys and girls alone they\'re gonna grow up and be identical. They\'re gonna be the same in the way they look at life, the way they find things interesting. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Greatness has nothing to do with diversity, skin color, race, ethnicity, nothing to do with it.
It\'s kind of like sentencing. A lot of people say that we have a heavy sentence for this crime and a light sentence for another crime, and what we ought to do is reduce the heavy sentence so it\'s more in line with the other. Wrong. In most cases we ought to increase the light sentence and make it compatible with the heavy sentence, and be serious about punishment because we are becoming too tolerant as a society, folks, especially of crime, in too many parts of the country.
You can find negative people everywhere you go. The last thing in the world you want to do is talk to them, because all they\'re gonna do is cement pessimism in you!
Donald Trump is breaking every rule and getting away with it. He\'s breaking every rule and getting more popular.
