I had dinner in Washington way, way back. This goes back to the nineties. It was the Jockey Club which was the restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, and I can\'t mention the names, but boy, would I love to. I mean, you know these people. They\'re Democrats, Democrat campaign chairman, and they\'re talking about [Jordan] Vernon. They\'re openly admitting it.
If I lose my mind again and I tell you that I\'m thinking of getting married, I want you to put me in a straight jacket and take me to the beach at high tide.
I was reading emails from women who are alternately chuckling or outraged. One of them said, \"Do you hate women? Would you just be honest?\" No, folks, no! It\'s quite the opposite.
Net neutrality would require that every search engine produce an equal number of results that satisfy every disagreement about the issue... Just think of it as Fairness Doctrine for the Internet. I\'m not making this up.
Certainly nobody gets married wanting to get divorced or even expecting to - except me.
In many people\'s many people\'s minds this is the sole reason Barack Obama was elected. He was elected to fix race relations.
Life in America is nothing but struggle, you gotta continue to try to overcome. Keep organizing, Obama said, keep organizing, grab a clipboard, get your signatures and start protesting, run for office yourself, but the shtruggle, the shtruggle is what defines us and we must continue with the shtruggle. Just pathetic, folks, the whole thing is pathetic.
President Erdogan is aiming Turkey at a Sharia nation. That's where he wants to go. He is a Sharia law, full-fledged, one percent Islamist.
Profitability is where the country grows and everybody rises up with it.
This WikiLeaks document dump is showing - it\'s demonstrating, it is illustrating - that there is no boundary between the media and the Democrat Party, that it\'s one and the same.
I just had somebody tell me, \"You know, Rush, why the Republicans are so mad at you is because you\'re not carrying their water anymore. You know, they jealous. They look over at the Drive-By Media and they see the Drive-By Media totally fronting and carrying the water for the Democrats, and they think you used to be on their side. But now you don\'t carry their water anymore, and that\'s why they\'re throwing down on you,\" and I guess that makes sense. I hadn\'t considered that as a possibility.
I have chosen a different path when talking about the failings of the Republican leadership. I don\'t make it personal, and many other people do, and I suspect maybe they\'re not aware of that. If everybody\'s dumping on \'em, they\'re gonna conclude that everybody is.
One thing to argue against Hillary Clinton being harmed by my saying on aging is that when you take Hollywood and television and look at the primary demographic there. Hollywood movies. Most of them are made for guys that still have acne, just reached puberty, you know, under 24. And they don\'t vote, the lowest common denominator in terms of age demographics.
Media hosts just talk about Golda Meir and Margaret Thatcher and again miss the point. I was talking about AMERICAN culture, ladies and gentlemen. As I pointed out, if Margaret Thatcher or Golda Meir, by the way, she didn\'t care, and Margaret Thatcher didn\'t care how she look like. If Margaret Thatcher were running for president today, as she was when she was the Iron Lady, we wouldn\'t have her mom doing television commercials telling us how wonderful she was when she was a kid and how nice she is.
There are exceptions to everything, but most businesses want to hire the best they can get for what they have to offer. If all they\'ve got to offer is 15 an hour, they want the best they can get for it. They don\'t want the worst.
[Hillary Clinton] is been honest about how many people she wants to enter the country unquestioned, unvetted, both illegal immigrants and refugees.
We have already reprogrammed the way men are raised, and we have done that drastically, I think. That\'s what I mean when I talk about the chickification of everything.
Where would the Republican Party being without talk radio the last 25 years? And yet who now is enemy number one? Talk radio! I don\'t know what I did to Michael Gerson, but he\'s back again in the Washington Post blaming everything [Donald] Trump on me.
If you don\'t want to join a union, you\'re gonna have much more opportunity for individual expansion, individual expression of talent and achievement. But when you go to work at a place where salaries are predetermined not by your productivity and not by your talent and not by how much you work, but rather by what the union contract is, you\'re locked into that no matter how good a job you do. The only option you have is overtime to make more than what standard pay is.
I am not retiring until every American agrees with me, and there\'s some work still to be done on this.
I think a lot of people have had their eyes open, shocked that the team they thought they were on didn\'t exist, and that the games were not being played to win. I guess it\'s shocking to a lot of people.
If they were going to go to London or to the UK to find out how health care is, national health care doesn\'t work, all they have to do is go to the Soviet Union to find out how communism and socialism didn\'t work, but it hasn\'t dissuaded them from trying it here because they think the only thing that hasn\'t happened is the right people haven\'t tried it with the proper funding.
I\'ve earned this microphone. No one gave this to me. I\'ve earned this microphone. I use it each day to enter the arena of ideas, and do whatever I can to persuade you to agree with me.
Are any of you out there worried that it means something bad that [Donald] Trump has decided not to prosecute Hillary [Clinton]? I\'m just asking, because I\'m hearing from people who are.
It\'s easy to blame other people when things aren\'t going well.
Robert Mueller himself has perhaps the best and the cleanest reputation in all of official Washington. He is Mr. Integrity. He is Mr. Cultured. He is Mr. Mannered. He is Mr. Sophisticated. There isn\'t a soul in Washington who dares utter nary a negative word about Mueller.
Economic growth, profitability, prosperity, jobs, increased jobs, increased wages, they\'re able to get that tax rate down to 15% and we\'re gonna call it tax relief, not tax breaks, not tax loopholes. It\'s important to control and reclaim the language here.
Where I think Milo [Yiannopoulos] ran into trouble -when word spread that Milo had been invited to be the keynote speaker at Conservative Political Action Conference. I think CPAC, by inviting Milo, was an attempt to reach out to Millennials. I mean, they know. I know plenty of young people that think Milo is great, love Milo, admire Milo, think he\'s courageous doing what he does.
It isn\'t personal per se to document what the Republican Party leadership is doing and how they\'re abrogating actual leadership.
Some of the donors are - many of them are good people and they\'re donating because their ideas are those embodied by the candidate and that\'s really what they\'re doing, they\'re promoting the ideas. But many of them are desirous of things in addition to that. So when I see [Donald] Trump not respond \'cause he can\'t spend the money, I\'m secretly hoping it isn\'t gonna hurt him.
