It\'s why I left TV. I couldn\'t handle everybody telling me what I should have done after they watched me on TV. I said, \"You\'re not even watching what I think I\'m doing, so I\'m out.\"
If women have become innocent victims, if women running around today are unable to protect themselves, if the picture that we\'re painting, if the caricature we are creating is of women that are helpless waifs who are at risk of predator men throughout the busy day, then we have to somehow involve Hillary Clinton in that recipe in truthful and honest ways. That, when it came to defending and protecting women who alleged that they had been abused or even raped by her husband, those women were nothing but scum who had to be dispatched and just swept out of the way.
I have not missed anything in terms of learning or being informed by not watching cable news. That\'s not the way it\'s supposed to be. The news is supposed to be telling you what you don\'t know. But it hasn\'t been that in I don\'t know how long.
There is too much economic growth not happening that needs to be jump-started. There are too many jobs to be created, and there\'s too much wealth waiting to be created. If that got going, there\'d be no stopping Trump; I don\'t care what the Democrats think they\'ve got on any of this collusion with the Russians \'cause there\'s nothing there.
The cord-cutting generation hates cable TV \'cause they think they\'re corporations and they rip people off and they make you buy a bunch of channels you never watch in order to get the channels that you do watch. They\'ve always said, \"We want to be a la cart. We want to be able to cord-cut. We want to be able to watch what we want.\" So it\'s now evolving where if they only want to watch HBO they can but they have to pay for it. If they only want to watch Cinemax, they can, but have to pay for it.
Our country, our economy - don\'t doubt me on this - our economy is based on capitalism. Barack Obama\'s stated reason for being inspired by Reverend Wright was his speech, \'White man\'s greed runs a world in need.\' That inspired Obama, \'White man\'s greed runs a world in need.\' That\'s the real American dream. Working hard you will get ahead. But you can\'t have that if you want to create a permanent underclass. You simply cannot have people getting ahead. It destroys the whole notion of a permanent underclass.
I\'m not encouraging massive boycotts of turning off the news. That\'s what the left does. I\'m just telling you my own personal experience. I\'m just in a much better mood. I\'m in a good mood anyway, but I\'m in a much better mood day in and out. I look at things entirely differently not watching that crap. It\'s all I\'m telling you.
What Hillary Clinton is known for is the bimbo eruptions unit. What she is known for - and the reason that she has been nominated - is that she saved her husband and thus saved the Democrat Party by agreeing to defend her husband and go after the women, and not just the women. She went after the entire conservative movement and blamed us for what her husband was doing! It was \"the vast right-wing conspiracy.\"
Hey, folks, look at all the damage that Bill Clinton has done to feminism. First, oral sex is not sex now. You got a Lewinsky, it isn\'t sex. And sexual harassment, you know what it used to be? All you had to have for sexual harassment was for a superior in your office to use his power to have his way with you, no matter whether you wanted it or not. Now that\'s out the window. Because we can\'t, of course, have Bill Clinton said to have engaged in sexual harassment. No way. Not gonna happen.
What you\'re gonna hear Jim Harbaugh say, many in this country are getting their backs up filled with rage and anger and disbelief, and they are threatened by this. Harbaugh believes in toughness in men, he believes in toughness in America, he believes in toughness in American men. You damn well want it in your Special Forces, gang. You want it with the Navy SEALs. You want it all over the United States military. You want manliness, you want toughness, you want bravery, you want courage.
People that are that good at motivating and inspiring are rare. In many cases, you wish it was parents, and in many cases it is, but in a lot of cases it happens outside the family as well - or, in some cases, only.
The media is telling you who Donald Trump is and what he\'s saying and what he\'s doing, courtesy of anonymous leaks.
The Saudis are so happy. People don\'t understand, the Saudi Arabian government - kingdom - hates Iran. They\'re scared to death of Iran. That\'s Shi\'a versus Sunni Muslim, and the Iranians are Persians. They\'re not Arabs. So it\'s a double whammy. There is no love lost, and the Saudis have been petrified over Barack Obama\'s peace dance and nuclear dealings with the nation of Iran. They are ecstatic to have Donald Trump.
We haven\'t had one leak about anything boorish, immature, childish, chaotic, incompetent that Trump has done on Middle East trip. My point is that the Trump on this trip has been seen and shaped as unfiltered. The media has not been able to get themselves between whatever Trump is doing and saying and you. In Washington, it\'s just the exact opposite. The media is right there, between Trump and you.
I don\'t think anywhere you go to get news is news anymore. It is commentary, but mostly it is the advancement of agenda.
Barack Obama thinks this country is a crime. Obama thinks this country is a walking, living crime, the way it\'s treated poor people, minorities and so forth, and he wants to get even, he wants to get even with all those people that have engaged in this theft, discrimination, racism and be and so forth, he also wants to create a permanent underclass for the express purpose of making sure he\'s never out of office or the regime\'s party is never out of office.
That\'s why I don\'t listen to other people on the radio, never have, \'cause I don\'t want to inadvertently, even unaware, end up repeating something somebody else has already said.
Pessimism is easy. We all can do it. We don\'t need to read books on how to be pessimists. We don\'t need guidance on how to think negatively. But we do need guidance on how to think positively. People that write books on how to do that are multimillionaires.
Donald Trump is doing well. Trump is shocking everybody. He\'s shocking the Democrats. He\'s shocking the Republicans. He\'s shocking world. Contrast what\'s happened here in just the last three days with eight years of Barack Obama. We have had no apologizing. We\'ve had no bowing. We\'ve had a president of the United States actually tell the heads of state of countries where terrorism is rampant to get rid of it, to drive it out. We\'ve had a president of the United States directly confront Iran where his our previous president threw everybody else overboard for Iran.
The media is one rather than a series of different entities that are competing against each other.
Hillary Clinton does not know what she\'s doing on anything. Hillary Clinton wouldn\'t be where she is if her name wasn\'t Clinton. She doesn\'t have any stand-alone achievements, stand-out achievements and accomplishments that in any way recommend her to the presidency.
My question is, if you think this stuff is fake news, why watch it? There\'s no value in it. Unless you\'re entertained by it and you have boundaries and the stuff\'s not gonna affect your mood, fine and dandy. But if it\'s gonna frustrate you, make you mad, you\'re not missing anything turning it off.
You know, I\'m a broadcaster, folks. Broadcaster first, second, third, fourth, fifth, first and last I\'m a broadcaster. Whatever else I am comes the in the middle. So I watch broadcasting as a business enterprise inasmuch as I watch it for content and so forth.
I know it\'s different today than when I was growing up, and that\'s fine. But I have never been somebody, even when I was earning $19,000 a year, I never ran around whining and moaning about what things cost. What they cost was what they cost. And if I couldn\'t afford it, then I had to find a way to afford it or forget about it for now. It\'s just the way it was.
Yet Donald Trump gets off the plane in Saudi Arabia, gets off the plane in Israel, and is overwhelmingly respected and welcomed and appreciated. I have to think that it\'s not all just because he has the title of president. I think it\'s a stunning contrast. How can these two completely different characters exist: The Donald Trump of Washington and the Donald Trump of this trip?
Look at the way liberals name things. \"Net neutrality.\" It\'s like Switzerland! They don\'t take sides, everybody\'s fair, everything\'s the same. It\'s not what it is. Net neutrality rules are anti-consumer and anti-competitive. By definition, liberals don\'t believe in competition, and you know that. Competition is the root of all evil, as far as leftists are concerned, \'cause there are winners and there are losers, and the losers are sad and disappointed, and that\'s unacceptable. So everything must be the same. Nobody can have more than anybody else.
As far as leftists are concerned, nobody should have to pay more than anybody else. Nobody should make more than anybody else. Everything is supposed to be the same. It\'s the only way it\'s fair. It\'s the only way feelings don\'t get hurt. So when circumstances like that exist, they call that anti-competitive. Anti-competitive means they can\'t afford it.
Every generation thinks things are happening that have never happened before. Every generation of people thinks we\'re in the last days. Every generation\'s filled with pessimists. But when you have the Millennials generation, a majority of which have never had a job - you might even be able to put the period there: \"Have never had a job, period\" - or never had a job in a healthy economy.
The media is not going to change.
In our society, in our culture, we love to build people up. We love to build the pedestal, and we love to put \'em up there on it, and then we can\'t wait for the day they fall off of it.
