The possibility of impeachment\'s always there, but impeachment\'s a political thing, not legal, despite how it\'s structured. And it\'s not gonna happen unless there\'s a political will for it, and by that I mean political will among the people.
Do you know Maxine Waters has become the biggest star in the Democrat Party with Millennials? Maxine Waters got the biggest standing O of anybody at the MTV Music Awards! I think they were Sunday night. They call her Auntie Maxine. You know what they like about her? She\'s been talking about impeaching Donald Trump. You know, she\'s insane herself. She\'s a literal lunatic. And they\'re eating it up.
Being a sanctuary city, for the people of organize and run it, is a great source of pride. \'Social justice! Fairness, equality, diversity!\" All the things that make liberals great people and make you a schlub. The more pressures and demands on their social services, the better people they are.
The Second Amendment is in the Constitution to help citizens protect themselves from people like Senator Dianne Feinstein who would come along, and if they could determine what words you can and cannot say, where and where you can\'t say them. The Constitution is there to protect you from mayors like Mike Doomberg who wants to tell you how big your beverage can be.
There is nobody better at deconstructing liberals than me. If there is, I haven\'t met \'em. This is not a brag. It\'s a statement of fact. Because I\'ve spent my life studying them so that I can predict them, so that I can warn people, because liberalism is destructive, as we\'ve seen our whole lives. Aspects of liberalism in America under its control are in rotten shape, they\'re in horrible, rotten shape, and the people that live under liberal control are miserable and unhappy and constantly enraged.
There\'s not one thing going wrong in this country Democrats can blame Donald Trump for, and yet they\'re trying to tell everybody that he is the one not qualified, that he is the one not fit.
Nothing against Bob Dole but it\'s a different era now. They have no idea what we are facing. They act like this is just another day at the office. And maybe in a couple years Republicans will get the power back and then we\'ll go back and be convivial and all get along and so forth. This has to be stopped. Millions of Americans feel this way. They don\'t have faith in our principles. They don\'t have the will or energy to go on offense. I\'m talking about the Republican leadership, wherever you find it.
Nobody has told Trump that he can\'t defund sanctuary cities, because the judge William Orrick did not rule that law unconstitutional. This was a pure exercise in nothing more but a refusal to acknowledge the authority vested in Donald Trump as president. This was nothing more than yet another judge essentially saying, \"You don\'t have the power to do anything because I don\'t acknowledge you as president and I don\'t acknowledge your oath of office because you\'re not sane and you\'re not of sound mind to actually tell the truth when you take the oath of office.\"
Antonin Scalia knows that freedom of speech has consequences. And the consequences of freedom of speech are speech you don\'t like, that you don\'t want to hear, that you don\'t want to listen to.
Barack Obama\'s class has always been an illusion clouded in faculty lounge, lizard lounge talk, and Michelle Obama\'s class has actually been told us by the media that it exists, but there isn\'t any. There isn\'t anything that\'s real. Everything on the left is a fraud. Everything on the left is a lie.
There\'s no passive success on radio. Well, in radio, one of the ways in which you engage people and make them active listeners and have them glued so that they don\'t want to do anything else, you have to find ways to incorporate this mystery called the theater of the mind. And it\'s the one ingredient that radio has that television does not that if used properly, if perfected and learned and executed properly, it can have a much greater impact than TV because it can create a much more intimate, direct connection with the audience.
No matter what happens, a terror attack in London, a terror hammer attack at Notre Dame in Paris, whatever it is, if you want to understand the left\'s reaction to it, you need to be able to put yourself in their shoes and find a way to blame Trump for it and then to use the event to get rid of or discredit Trump, because that\'s what all of this is about.
People on welfare are getting a price cut to join Amazon Prime, which means you\'re paying for that. So the food stamp recipients will now get Amazon Prime for $5.99 a month. Free shipping, unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows, which means that these people have to have internet accessibility.
It\'s just like when Trump made his speech, his commencement speech at Liberty University, I saw something that I\'ve never seen. ABC News was there, and they\'re running around asking the parents of students at Liberty University what about Donald Trump they don\'t like. Are you upset that Trump is here? Do you ever remember any such reporting at an Barack Obama or Michelle Obama commencement? Of course not. And Trump was loved and adored at this thing, and he had some great things to say.
The Democrats are threatened by self-reliant people, self-sufficient people. They\'re threatened by you being independently self-sufficient. Sanctuary cities? You might think that these people would love to offload some of the burden on their social services. You\'d be dead wrong. This is how they define their worth. This is how they define their compassion, by forcing the taxpaying, working citizens of their communities to pay for all of this. That\'s how they get to run around and tell people how great they are.
It\'s frustrating because their fingerprints are all over this. If anybody, in my estimation, is disqualified from having anything further to do with this nation\'s economy or health care or immigration, it\'s the Democrat Party.
The left does understand how raising taxes reduces economic activity. How about their desire for increasing cigarette taxes, soda taxes? What are they trying to do? Get you to buy less. They know. They know that higher taxes reduce activity. It\'s real simple: If you want more of an activity, lower taxes on it. If you want less of an activity, raise taxes. So if you want more jobs? It\'s very simple. You lower payroll taxes. If you don\'t want as many jobs, then you raise corporate taxes. It\'s that simple, folks.
The amount of money coming into Washington is not a factor when the Democrats start spending it. Witness Obama. National debt doubled in eight years. It didn\'t matter what the tax revenue was. Didn\'t matter. He was gonna spend the money anyway.
Granted, it\'s a long time ago, it\'s in the 1940s, and, granted, it\'s warfare that we hopefully will not conduct in a similar fashion ever again, but it is crucially important. And that act, the storming of the Normandy beaches, coupled with the Battle of the Bulge, ending the spread of Nazism throughout Europe, saved the world and it saved the world for freedom. And it was the United States that did it. And it was a bunch of 19- and 20- and 21-year-old people who did it.
Do you people not care about this bogus government shutdown garbage? Back in 2013 Rob Portman, the senator from Ohio, Republican, suggested the End Government Shutdowns Act. So the End Government Shutdowns Act introduced by Senator Portman, the bill, you know what this would have done? Well, the Democrats shot it down. The Democrats don\'t want to get rid of the weapon they have by threatening a government shutdown and knowing the Republicans are gonna get blamed for it.
The Republican Congress is like a groundhog afraid of its shadow when a government shutdown is talked about.
Global Warming Snowstorm Algore, paralyzing the upper Midwest two weeks before winter. Every time he shows up someplace, every time, it\'s almost comical, every time Al Gore shows up someplace there\'s either an outbreak of weather that is the exact opposite of what he\'s talking about, he never does seem to get embarrassed. That\'s why they stopped calling it global warming and now call it climate change so that virtually every perceived abnormality can be said to be caused by climate change.
Government shutdowns do not actually become what the term implies. Two-thirds of the government cannot shut down. We\'re only talking about the third of government that\'s discretionary spending, and even at that, nobody loses their jobs, and nobody loses their Thanksgiving turkey. The whole thing has resulted from the Republican Party thinking they bought the farm back in 1995.
Ronald Reagan leaves in 1989, and that\'s when coincidentally I show up, and that\'s when all these internecine wars within the conservative movement, and then William F. Buckley died. That\'s when all these intramural, internecine wars began for primacy, dominance, smartest guy-in-the-room competitions began in the conservative movement.
We\'ve always had anti-Americans. We\'ve always had left-wing protesters and so forth, but they were always off to the left kooks. They were always oddball nutcases. Now they\'re not. They come across as ordinary, everyday mainstream people. It just disgusts me. It\'s so unfortunate, so unnecessary.
I can tell any liberal why he or she thinks what they think. I can predict to them what their reaction to any event or person is going to be, because I know them, because I have taken the time because I\'m curious to study it. I know what liberalism is. I know from where it springs and derives, and I know the vast majority of people who are liberals, what they are going to do, say, and think about.
Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party have overseen the destruction of one of the greatest systems of health care in the world.
In Michelle Obama attack on Donald Trump, she never mentioned Trump\'s name, but she made reference to the fact that this is much more important than just responding in 140 characters. And in the process she maligned the whole concept of Twitter, not just Trump.
Seven percent of the Clinton foundation, the money raised, goes for travel and entertainment expenses for people that work at the foundation, including a lot of Clinton family people. So 7% travel, entertainment, whatever else - housing - for employees of the foundation, 5% donated to charity. Which is fine. Look, they\'re not breaking any law doing it. My only point is, they get the benefit of the doubt being people compassionate and caring greatly about people.
Antonin Scalia and Donald Trump both. They love the country. They do not understand people who don\'t. They would love that everybody else loved the country. But it\'s not gonna happen.
