What is the purpose of life? What is the primary objective of life? To live. To sustain itself.
Look at what\'s happening on campuses for free speech. They\'re literally, literally limiting what people can say, under the guise of preventing people from getting hurt feelings. They are limiting constitutionally protected speech to save people from being offended or hurt. And so, denying people freedom is portrayed as a wonderful thing. That\'s how the left seduce people.
It was mainstream Americans that signed up and voted for Donald Trump. Mainstream Americans all over the country. There aren\'t enough of these ragtag wackos to elect anybody president. The Alt-Right, nobody ever heard of, by the way, until Trump came along.
Obama has been trying or was trying to transform the country away from the way it was founded, and it is causing misery, and it is causing a lack of optimism about the future. It\'s resulted in massive student debt, worthless college degrees, no job opportunities. That\'s what the election of Trump was all about, trying to reverse this trend.
Politics has got its own rules and boundaries, and the daily narrative and the conventions. And if everybody in it concludes that Trump equals reprobate, Trump is a sleaze, Trump\'s... If you don\'t flow with it - if you don\'t at least admit to the premise first and then try to, you know, qualify yourself - you\'re dead in that world. It\'s a follow-me world, politics is, and the left runs it, and there are just certain things that you have to accept.
I want to show you how Stephen Miller is just good, folks. He\'s simply good. He needs to be doing more of these. The first time he went public as a spokesman for Donald Trump was on This Week with George Stephanopoulos. Stephen Miller was unflappable. He didn\'t lose his temper. He smiled. It appeared that Miller knew he was talking with somebody who didn\'t know what he was talking about and remained composed and polite.
That\'s what\'s always been such a curious thing to me about feminism. They never lost any power. However, when you start talking about this particular area of our population, you\'re talking about the politicized nature of our country where feminism dominates and all heterosexual men want women. And all men realize you\'ve got to do certain things. If you want to get a woman who happens to be a feminist, then you better do and say, be certain things. Men have gone crazy trying to be what they think women want them to be, and that\'s men in Washington, gone crazy.
Socialism, leftism, liberalism not only doesn\'t respect the unique abilities of free people; it attempts to quash them and to eliminate them. Because it\'s unfair not only to have more than somebody else, it\'s unfair to be better than anybody else at whatever you do. That\'s not fair. So we define everything down to the lowest common denominator. We take the people at the top, bring \'em down to people at the bottom and say that\'s equality. We punish achievement if liberalism and leftism rules the day. But capitalism is where the respect for unique abilities and freedom resides.
Let me ask you, if Bannon leaves the White House, he resigns or is fired, and then starts and goes back to Breitbart or goes on TV and radio every night and starts down-talking Trump, is it gonna convince to you abandon Trump? It won\'t. But apparently there\'s people inside the White House who think that Bannon has that power. That nobody else, only Trump and Bannon could actually destroy the Trump connection with his base.
Stephen Miller did one thing: He simply recited common sense. This is a common sense immigration bill. If there was ever a piece of common sense legislation, this is it. In this case, what Stephen Miller did was nothing more than common sense, and yet it was interpreted - it went right over their heads, the White House press corps, not just Jim Acosta and Glenn Thrush. It went over all of their heads because they didn\'t understand what he was talking about, either because of the fog of hatred they have for Donald Trump and his administration, or they are just ignorant.
We have had people for so many generations dumbed down, literally dumbed down, who are now in positions of awesome and extreme power with influence over others, that we\'re paralyzed. And, if we\'re not paralyzed, we are backtracking and moving backwards. We are actually regressing, I should say, from magnificent progress that we as a nation and a culture and society have taken over hundreds of years.
One thing is for sure. The Drive-By Media is populated with people who are not just biased and bigoted and prejudicial. It\'s obvious that they are also the victims of an absolutely pathetic education system.
Apparently we\'ve got open borders. We\'ve got people in this country all over the place that could be part of cells. After 9/11 happened, you have to understand, leadership and law enforcement after 9/11, they really got reamed for doing a horrible job of preventing it when in many people\'s minds it was preventable.
I really am convinced that what is happening in media today is the result of the birth of conservative media and its rapid growth and ascension. It has destroyed the left\'s monopoly in media. When they had the monopoly, they could pretend that they were not what they are and get away with it. They could pretend to be objective. You know, the power of a monopoly is not just determining what stories you are going to cover, but what you don\'t cover is just as powerful.
I often hear that it\'s unfair that athletes should make what they make versus teachers, because who\'s more important. But that\'s not how the market works. Markets don\'t sign things. You know what you\'re worth is what somebody will pay you. It\'s not some arbitrary - the purpose of a company is not to create jobs and health care. That\'s not why they exist. And it\'s not to create fairness or any of that. That\'s not why people form businesses and try to sell a service or a product.
I think in the world of politics run by the left, men have been chickified.
Punishing achievement isn\'t gonna help anybody. Trying to equalize people by lowering the people at the top, that\'s not good. All that is is punitive. Why don\'t you find a way to elevate people at the bottom?
Here\'s the trick, just as Marxists use the disparity, economic disparity among people to lure them into believing and supporting socialism to get rid of the disparity, the unfairness, the inequality, if the left can convince voters that fighting global warming is tantamount to saving lives, then they position everybody as heroes. And if you listen carefully, you\'ll note every leftist cause involves saving lives and involves Republicans and conservatives killing people!
If you go to the right conservative places you\'ll find there\'s a huge argument about this among conservatives, particularly the conservative elites and the conservative intellectuals. There\'s always an argument among our people over who\'s the smartest person in the room and they\'re always trying to outsmart each other with the fanciest smartest most obscure argument. The fact is these arguments are taking place within the conservative movement I think quite a lot.
Once you convince people that they\'re victims, you really own them because you\'ve just told them that whatever problems they have in life, it\'s not their fault. And then you\'re telling them they can\'t fix them by themselves. Look at your life. Your life sucks. You\'re a victim of these people here, you can\'t fix it. You need us looking out for you. \"Us\" being the Democrat Party in this case, the people that go out and get votes.
The left are gonna calling you names. You\'re gonna be racist, gonna be a pig, gonna be sexist, you\'re gonna hate women, you\'re gonna hate blacks, you\'re gonna be anti-transgender, whatever. They\'ll come at you in all directions to force you into acquiescence.
There is no Croatian dream. There is no European Union dream. There is no Chinese communist dream, except maybe to get out. But there is and always has been an American dream. And the dream is possible. The dream can become real.
Marxists make it an objective to control education, that\'s how they control minds, countries, populations. We conservatives don\'t like to control anybody, we\'re not even activists. We just leave people alone, figure if everybody has the same morality and the same set of values and is focusing on the same basic human things using God-given human freedom, that things are gonna work out fine. That\'s what America has demonstrated is true, that\'s being protested this very day. It\'s not fine; America\'s unjust, unfair, and all these things. That\'s the fight we\'re in the middle of.
You can only utter things proved by science. Do you realize that would shut down the entire climate change community? Because none of it is provable by science. Don\'t tell them that, but none of it is yet.
Democrats can\'t survive in any kind of adversity. Look at how they\'re crying and whining like a bunch of stuck pigs over the mean Russians.
If your policy is immigration, you\'re gonna have a finite number, and you want the best people you can get. It\'s no different than when you\'re hiring for a company. It\'s no different than when you\'re assembling a group that has a task that you want to achieve. You want the best people. This is considered discriminatory by these idiots on the left, in the Democrat Party and the media. I do mean to use the word \"idiot.\" I know it\'s a combination of many things.
Stephen Miller said, \"Over time you would cut net migration in half, which polling shows is supported overwhelmingly by the American people in a very large number.\" This is why Donald Trump got elected. \"It\'s a major promise to the American people to push for merit-based immigration reform that protects American workers, American taxpayers - protects the American economy - and prioritizes the needs of our citizens, our residents, and our workers. It\'s pro-America immigration\", he said.
It\'s easy to be pessimistic. Nobody needs to be taught how. You don\'t need to buy a book on it. You don\'t need to go to classes to learn how to be pessimistic. But you do read books on how to think positively, and people who write them become very rich because it takes effort.
Remember, folks, every one of these Republicans in Senate sees the world through the eyes of the left. Every one of these Washington people. They don\'t see it through the prism of their own principles and beliefs. They see the world through the eyes of the left. They see the media criticism that will be forthcoming. They see the newspaper headlines. They see what\'s gonna be said about them on CNN and New York Times. That\'s what they see. That\'s their world.
We have gone for decades now with no immigration plan. Now we have one. It\'s a common sense immigration plan that has proven to work. It\'s the same one in Canada, same thing in New Zealand and Australia. One aspect of the plan is merit-based entry into the country. You get in based on merit. It\'s a point system. You get in on your ability to speak English, and you get in on your ability to hold a job and work a job and produce an income.
