But a year before that, I was starting to drink beer on the set of the film Lucas (1986). (Allard J)
I was working on The Lost Boys (1987) when I smoked my first joint. (Allard J)
Well, my favorite roles so far are Lucas and Lost Boys. (Allard J)
Yes because it is always a bit nerve wracking when you lay something out there that is meaningful to you to be judged by others, after a point you become very close to your film and you want everyone to ‘get it' -- but that is an unrealistic expectation -- No, because I am here among friends, I know that, I can feel that. (Allard J)
There's a whole coolness aura around [The Matrix]. People are really dying to see it. (Allard J)
if it really stands out from the first film, ... if you can just take it on its own and it blows you away with great entertainment. (Allard J)
It's going to be the big monster hit for this year, ... imaginative movie makers. (Allard J)
It looks like a fun and exciting time at the movies, which people seem to be going for these days -- nothing really deep or meaningful, or too heavy. (Allard J)
I played right here. Right on the field. (Allard J)
We lost but I remember coming to the stadium, going into the locker room and coming out of the field like it was yesterday. It's something I'll never forget, to play as a kid on a field where the Gators and Bulldogs played. (Allard J)
In a way, ... growing up like this with Harry makes it easier to act in each of the films, because I've been through all the stuff that he's going through, like the hormones, relatively recently. So it's quite fresh in my mind. And then I suppose it's been made easier by the fact I've been playing Harry Potter since I was 12. You get to know the character so well that it makes it easier to act in the long run. (Allard J)
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. (Allard J)
I thought it was really weird seeing my face up on the screen. (Allard J)
The whole series is about the loss of innocence, ... In the first one ['The Sorcerer's Stone'], everyone's very wide-eyed, almost naïve. Harry's thinking that because he's entering a magical world, it's got to be better than the world he's come from. But it's not — it's just got further extremes. It can have extreme joy, but there are also the depths that man can sink to. (Allard J)

The fourth one was incredibly, much more so, much more physical than the first ones. It's I think simply the nature of the book that its got those 3 massive tasks in it. (Allard J)
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. (Allard J)
I have done about 15 movies so far and am on my 5th season on That '70s Show. (Allard J)
I'd rather do movies 'cause I am better at movies, but I do shows 'cause the opportunities have come forward. (Allard J)
Unless something real cool comes along, I will probably be doing features, so long as I can make a living doing that. Otherwise, I will do another show. (Allard J)
I do not think that Mulder trusts any one other than Scully. He s very solitary. She is the only one who takes him seriously. I don t know if they re in love. In a way, their relationship is deeper than that, because they cannot live without each other. (Allard J)
